Justin recieved his Bachelor of Fine Arts in Glass from Alfred University in May 2007. He has since been a staff memeber at Pilchuck Glass School, an instructor at Elements Glass in Portland, OR, and a production worker at Bullseye Glass Factory. Justin is currently teaching at Diablo Glass School and working as a freelance glassblower in the greater Boston area.
Melanie also recieved a degree for Alfred University in 2006. As Co-owner of Mckenney Glass, Melanie assists Justin while creating their line of work in the hot shop, as well as creating her own glass and silver Jewelry.
Melanie and Justin met after Alfred at Diablo Glass School in early 2008. The two have been working together ever since and have recently developed Mckenney Glass. Please contact us if you have any questions or to inquire about commissions.
